Location 


HOW TO GET THERE:

 

From the City of Barrie:

  • go west on County Road 90 to George Johnston Road - follow the Fort Willow signs
  • turn right (north) and travel for 8 km
  • turn left (west) onto Portage Road and travel for 3 km to the front gates.

From Toronto:

  • take Hwy 400 North to County Rd 90 West (Exit 96B) and follow the directions above 

The Fort is located at

2714 Grenfel Road,  Springwater Township , Simcoe County, ON

Regular visiting hours are from dawn to dusk and an admission charge of $2.00 per person can be paid in the cash boxes next to each entrance to the Fort.
